What we usually build here
Quesada is villa country: bigger plots, older pools and a lot of renovation work. Half of what we do here is replacing a tired liner pool with a proper concrete shell and mosaic, and relaying the terrace that cracked around it.
Getting it licensed in Rojales & Ciudad Quesada
Every town hall on this coast wants the same thing: a drawn project, the paperwork and the fee. We prepare all of it and file it in Rojales & Ciudad Quesada ourselves, and we start digging only once it is granted. You get a copy of everything that was filed.

How long does a pool take?
From about a week for small work up to roughly a month for a full concrete pool, once the licence is in. Weather and the town hall set the pace more than we do.
Do you handle the licence?
Yes. We prepare the project and file every document at the town hall ourselves. You do not go there.
Is the first visit really free?
Yes, and so is the itemised estimate. We come out, measure, and you get the price in writing before anything is dug.
How far do you travel?
About 150 km around Torrevieja. Most weeks we are in Orihuela Costa, Guardamar, Rojales, San Miguel, Pilar de la Horadada and Murcia.
Do you only do pools?
No. Terraces, gardens, irrigation, fencing, bathrooms and full home renovations, with the same crew.
What languages do you work in?
English, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian, and it is the same person from the first message to the handover.
