What we process

This website has no forms and no user accounts. We only handle what you send us voluntarily by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name or number, and details about your plot and the work you have in mind.

Why

To answer your enquiry, prepare an estimate and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. We do not use your details for advertising and do not pass them to third parties unless the law requires it.

How long

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept while there is a reasonable commercial interest. Data from contracted work is kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and construction rules.

Processors

WhatsApp messaging runs through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. The website is hosted by our technical provider inside the European Union.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@tupiscinatorrevieja.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
